The contractual terms governing access to Damolix, including acceptable use, billing, workspace responsibility, and service operation.
Use of the service
Damolix is intended for lawful business use. Customers are responsible for the content they send, the sources they import, the channels they connect, and the operator behavior inside their workspaces.
Accounts and workspaces
Customers are responsible for credential security, workspace membership, role assignment, API key handling, and safe use of connected integrations, webhooks, and outbound messaging features.
Billing
Paid plans, trials, renewals, invoices, downgrades, and cancellations are governed by the active workspace subscription. Failure to maintain valid payment may result in downgrade, access restriction, or suspension according to plan terms.
Service changes
The platform may evolve over time, including changes to integrations, features, pricing, limits, and dependencies on external providers. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
